Te Puna Ora - Casual Class Option

Join our programme for one week and receive the benefits of a yoga session in the comfort of your own home!

What you'll get:

  • 1 Class Live on Zoom, plus access to recordings for one week to do again or in your own time
  • Practice with a beautiful group of like minded wāhine / women from anywhere you are
  • A teacher with twenty plus years of experience teaching and learning yoga, meditation and guiding women's workshops
  • A programme to relax your mind, body and spirit
  • At the same time as strengthening your body, releasing tension and stress, and lifting your wairua -spirit!

Our practices are guided by your needs, the energy of the Maramataka/ Moon phases, and yogic practices for the mind, body and spirit.

Once you have registered you will be emailed the Zoom link for that week, and granted access to the group for that week.

These sessions happen each week from October 14th for 9 weeks, until December 9th 2020
